1 small, organic red apple – cut into pieces & core removed
4 organic celery stalks
1/2 to 1 medium, organic cucumber
Run all ingredients through the juicer.
Depending on the size of the ingredients, enjoy 6-8 ounces of this healing beverage.
My training in Naturopathy suggested that we should never flood our body with more ingredients than can be assimilated. I find the number of ingredients in this drink are about the same amount of ingredients one person might eat during a sitting, yet is easier to digest.
