Hygge Winter Tea
An easy, warm and invigorating way to stay hydrated this winter (naturally) while also keeping your sugars, salts and electrolytes in balance.
Directions:
Boil approximately 16 ounces of water and then place 1-2 green tea bags in the water to steep.
Once tea is at desired strength, discard tea bag(s) and pour into your favorite mug.
Stir in:
1 teaspoon of sugar in the raw, coconut sugar or maple syrup
Fresh lime juice to taste
1 pinch of Himalayan sea salt
This drink is great for postpartum nourishment and can also be used as a more healthy version of Gatorade.
